1. Engagements
These Terms are between you and Better Okay Technology Private Limited ("Better Okay", "we", "us"). Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before work begins. These Terms govern general use of this website and do not replace a signed project agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, and deliverables produced during a paid engagement are transferred to the client upon final payment. Better Okay retains no ownership claim over client-specific business logic, branding, or data.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement, formalized through a mutual NDA where requested.
4. Payments
Payment terms, milestones, and cancellation conditions are specified in the project's SOW. Late payments may pause active sprint work until resolved.
5. Limitation of Liability
Better Okay delivers software to the specifications agreed in the SOW and follows industry-standard QA practices. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software beyond the agreed scope.

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. Case studies and figures illustrate representative outcomes and are not guarantees of results for future engagements.
